Mark Prifogle, Chief Executive Officer
Mark Prifogle has served GrandView Pharmacy, and its subsidiary pharmacy, medical equipment, clinical research and medical uniforms companies, for over 12 years in a variety of capacities in retail, 340B, specialty, compounding, and long-term care pharmacy settings. Mark currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Group President.
He studied Psychology at Indiana University’s School of Behavioral and Social Sciences as well as Long Term Care Administration at Martin University. He holds an active Comprehensive Health Facility Administrator’s license which allows him to operate hospital-based and freestanding skilled nursing facilities, licensed assisted living facilities and medical homes for children. He completed his HFA/LNHA residency with the Hickory Creek Healthcare Foundation.
Mark also successfully completed the Certified Executive for Assisted Living (CEAL) certification program offered through the Ohio Centers for Assisted Living (OCAL), and passed the NAB (National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards) Residential Care/Assisted Living Administrators Examination to earn the CEAL designation.
In addition to his responsibilities at GrandView, Mark is a guest lecturer on nursing home administration and a frequent speaker at national conferences. He is a partner and Director of Paradigm Living Concepts, a home and community based health services provider based in Indianapolis, IN, and a Business Administration Preceptor for Purdue College of Pharmacy.
Mark is the two-term President of the American College of Health Care Administrators, Indiana Chapter. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Assisted Living Association and McKesson Alternate Site Pharmacy. He is active in the National Community Pharmacist Association, Indiana Pharmacists Alliance and a Past President of the Indiana Academy of Pharmacy Technicians.
Glenn Eldridge, Director of Clinical Services
Glenn Eldridge is a graduate of Purdue University School of Pharmacy. He holds several certifications and professional licenses as well. In 1991, he became an Indiana Licensed Pharmacist and in 2004 he became an Ohio Licensed Pharmacist. He is also licensed in Tennessee as well.
Glenn has many years of experience in the field of pharmaceuticals. In 1991 he was hired with GrandView Pharmacy and has been with the company ever since. He began his career with GrandView as a staff pharmacist in 1991 and in 1993 he became Director of Clinical Services. In 1997 he was promoted to Vice President of GrandView and then President in 2005. In relation to his specialized skills in the field, he has been a consultant pharmacist specializing in geriatrics since 1993 and has been a member of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists since 1991.
Not only does Glenn have an extensive and rewarding career with GrandView, he has been a part of the academic field as well. Glenn has been a Clerkship Preceptor with Purdue University since 2004.
Finally, Glenn has been a part of the Community Pharmacy of Indiana and was chosen as president in 2009 and 2010. Glenn has been a member of Elder Brownsburg Church of Christ since 2009. He and the Eldridge family are honored and privileged to be a part of such a wonderful company.
John Jones, Director of Quality Assurance
John Jones began with the company in 1995 at the Connersville, Indiana retail pharmacy. As a certified pharmacy technician, John worked as a retail store manager and then later as a consultant to evaluate stores and help to improve policies and procedures. John brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge and experience from his pharmacy background, but also his diversified knowledge from ministry education and military training.
John ensures quality standards are maintained by all departments and divisions of GrandView Pharmacy. As the Director of Quality Assurance, John measures efficacy of policy and procedures, billing and operational practices and overall satisfaction and service improvement.
He served his country as an Army Medic in the Persian Gulf and Somalia, and also participated in humanitarian mission following Hurricane Andrew. After graduating Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Medical Assisting, he received his B.A. in Ministry of Arts and is pursuing his Masters in Pastoral Counseling.
Brent McFarland, Director of Pharmacy
Brent McFarland was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. He currently lives in Fishers, IN with his dedicated wife Ladrienne and their five children. Brent attended Xavier University of Louisiana and earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. He also attended Crossroads Bible College and earned a Bachelor of Science in Ministry.
Brent is a licensed pharmacist in the states of Indiana, Michigan, and Virginia and has a wide range of pharmaceutical experience. He has managed a large mail order pharmacy which filled about 7,000 – 10,000 orders daily and had about 40 employees. Brent was also in charge of the operations for a LTC pharmacy, which included building it from the ground up.
In addition to working for GrandView Pharmacy, Brent is the Senior Pastor/Teacher of the One Hope Gospel Fellowship. Prior to being this, he served as the Senior Pastor at Terre Haute Gospel Chapel in Terre Haute, IN for 7 years.
Brent is passionate about seeing the expansion of the Church by the means of the consistent expository preaching of the Bible. He also firmly believes that the spread of the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the one and only hope for the world today.
Ryan Hendrickson, Director of Pharmacy, Fort Wayne
Brooke Bradley, Pharm.D., MBA, Data Services Manager
Brooke Bradley has been working with GrandView Pharmacy for 10 years. She graduated from Butler University and volunteers with Butler’s Community Outreach Pharmacy. Her passion for working with the elderly came from the love she has for her own grandparents and in turn, wanting to help other’s grandparents/parents as well.
Brooke’s personal purpose is to help others with her God given abilities; and to be the best mother to her children and wife to her husband.
She has one year old twins… and as you can imagine, they keep her busy!
Christian Marr, Billing and Accounts Receivable Manager
Christian Marr has been with GrandView Pharmacy, in his current term, for 4 years across the technical, quality and finance divisions. He currently serves as the Deputy Director of Finance, overseeing billing, collections, inventory control, reimbursement and reconciliation functions. His employment history with the company goes back to 1998, when he worked part time in both the retail and long term care pharmacies.
Away from work, Christian enjoys spending time with family, watching movies, attending concerts and going to amusement parks. He and his wife, Catherine, have two children, Isabelle (8) and Guy (1) and an English Springer Spaniel named Buggs.
Nora Hundley, Billing Specialist Lead
Nora has served GrandView Pharmacy for 20 years. Her passion for working with the elderly came from the thought of someone needing help with their medication and no one being there to help. Nora is a Nationally Certified Pharmacy Tech and Indiana Licensed Tech.
Personally, Nora jokingly says volleyball used to be her hobby, but says her knees no longer agree! Her personal purpose is to raise her boys to love and honor God and always be respectful.
Jennifer Badore, LTC and DME AR Lead
Jennifer has served Grandview Pharmacy for 18 years in various divisions. She started her career with Grandview in 1991 taking her first job with the company as a cashier in their retail division while she was in high school. From there Jennifer was able to continue to learn and grow, working in all areas of the business including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Management, Customer Service and Collections just to name a few. Currently she is our Collections, Reconciliation and Reimbursement Lead for both Long Term Care Pharmacy and our Durable Medical Equipment Division.
Jennifer studied Business and Accounting at Indiana University East and Ivy Tech Community College, obtaining her Associates Degree in Business Administration.
Personally, Jennifer and her husband recently opened an auction business and she is currently appointed Treasurer of the Fayette County Tourism Board.
Business Development Team
Tim Alderdice, Director of Business Development, Fort Wayne, IN
Tim Alderdice is a graduate of Indiana University Fort Wayne with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. His sales and marketing career as relates to healthcare began with 5 years working for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. He was a women’s healthcare representative and quickly matriculated to an area account management position responsible for overseeing hospital contracts for IV antibiotics, namely Zosyn and Tygacil. On two separate occasions, Tim worked as an admissions and marketing director for two senior care facilities, Emeritus and Trilogy. Most recently, he was the area business development director for Covenant Care, responsible for garnering referrals from healthcare institutions and professionals for two skilled nursing facilities in Fort Wayne.
Tim’s passion for serving the elderly was ignited when he acted as the admissions director for the Emeritus Assisted Living Community. His passion was fired further when serving seniors and their families as a patient navigator. He was trained in this capacity by the former president of the American Cancer Society, Dr Harold P. Freeman, and gained certification in patient navigation at his institute in Harlem, New York in 2010.
Tim was inspired to seek a career at Grandview after reading the mission statement which states “to honor God in all we do”. That is his personal mission as well. He has served on numerous missions to Guatemala, Haiti, and Kenya and loves to travel and meet new people from various cultures.
He has two children, Alexandra (16), who is a junior at Carroll High School and a remarkable gymnast, and Charlie(13) who is an eighth grader at Carroll Middle School and a point guard for their basketball team.
Mel Green, Director of Business Development and Public Relations
Mel Green grew up in French Lick, IN and is a proud graduate of Springs Valley High School. In high school Mel developed a passion for leadership and politics after attending Hoosier Boys State, and serving as senior class president.
Mel went on to get his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Indiana State University (ISU). During his third year at ISU, Mel was hired by Newell Rubbermaid as 1 of only 537 students, and recent graduates for their Inaugural Phoenix Program.
The majority of the individuals selected by the Fortune 500 company were new graduates, however, Mel was one of the very few selected as an undergraduate. The Phoenix Program’s new hires helped increase sales in Newell’s eight key retail accounts, which include Wal-Mart, Home Depot and Lowe’s. Sales rose 19% almost immediately and the company’s stock rose more than 40%, while the S&P sunk 15% around that same time.
Mel’s time with Newell Rubbermaid helped launch his professional career. He went on to work for Progressive, another well known Fortune 500 company after he graduated in 2002. Mel worked in the insurance industry for nearly five years as a claims adjuster before he decided to get back into marketing and sales.
His success in sales, Christian values, and desire to help those serving our elder population is what eventually lead him to GrandView Pharmacy. Mel proudly accepted the position of Director of Business Development and Customer Relations in 2011, and he has enjoyed every day with GrandView since then.
When Mel is not selling or taking care of customers he cherishes the time he gets to spend with his wife, Amanda, and their 3-year-old daughter Lenora. He also enjoys philanthropy, entrepreneurship, weightlifting, golfing and cooking.
Customer Service Team
Mark Wolfe, Customer Account Representative
Mark Wolfe attended Indiana University Fort Wayne and graduated with a degree in Business. Fort Wayne is his hometown and he lived here for over 20 years. He has also previously lived in Indianapolis, IN.
Mark first worked for four years selling vaccines and biological products for Connaught Labs. Then worked for in Long Term Care pharmacy (LTC) for nearly 15 years, actually competing against Grandview in some cases. What Mark enjoys most about working in LTC pharmacy is that he has an opportunity to positively affect healthcare workers who directly care for residents in long term care facilities. He also enjoys how Grandview can offer a quality of care for the elderly within those communities. He gets great satisfaction in offering an improved quality of life to the aged.
Mark got the passion to work with the aged at a young age when doing a service projects for Boy Scouts. He volunteered to work in a nursing home reading to the residents and entertaining them. He always considered what degree of care he would offer his own grandparents and parents and in-law.
In his spare time, he is an avid Indiana University football and basketball fan, and follows the Chicago Cubs baseball team. He and his wife spend much of their time visiting their three adult children, one in Detroit, one in Atlanta and their youngest who is soon to return from living and working the past 13 months in Germany.
Brandi Riffel, Customer Account Representative
Brandi grew up in Brownsburg, Indiana and attended Brownsburg High School. After high school she went on to attend Grace Bible College and Kaplan College, as well as University of Indianapolis and earned an Associates of Arts. She is currently a Licensed Pharmacy Technician and has had several years of experience in the field. In addition to becoming a Pharmacy Technician, Brandi also has experience as a Medical Assistant.
She has worked for GrandView Pharmacy for 9 years and loves the family like atmosphere it provides. She states that her personal preference is to honor God by being a Christian wife, mother, daughter, and worker. Also, to help those God puts in front of her the best she can. Brandi’s passion for working with the elderly came from her grandparents. She states that they were amazing people and she loved spending time with them, and listening to their stories and knowledge. In her free time, she is a “cheerleader” for her children’s sporting events and she also enjoys scrapbooking, singing, teaching Bible class, and simply spending time with her family.
